Whether you have a 44-ft 5th wheel or a 20-ft bumper pull, CAPTAIN CRITTERS COUNTRY CAMPGROUND meets your needs. Come and stay a night or two, or take advantage of our reasonable rates for a monthly stay.

All sites are pull-thru, with full hookups... water, sewer, electricity, and wifi.

Sites and roads are comprised of crushed concrete to allow for scraping and leveling by the skilled campground staff.

There are newer electric pedestals with 20, 30, and 50 amp plugins at all of our camp sites.

The friendly campground host and staff can help answer all your questions, including where to find the facilities you need.

The Pet Playground offers plenty of room where your 4-legged fur babies can run. It has comfortable chairs for enjoying a lazy summer afternoon in the cool shade from one of the many surrounding trees.

Bird fanatics will love the beautiful Osprey nesting across the road from the campground.

Visit one of the western Nebraska beautiful and historic sites, or simply sit back and relax in your lawn chair in your oversized RV site with plenty of room to enjoy.

Wild turkeys have taken up residence in the field east of the campground. They may pay us a visit from time to time.

The railroad intersection on the other side of the highway has trains going through every day. The trains are required by federal law to toot their horns at the intersection... Two long toots, one short toot, and one more long toot. As the manager of this family friendly campground, the horns have become somewhat melodic to me. However, if you are a light sleeper, you might consider bringing a pair of ear plugs.
